At El Navazo, we operate three cutting-edge fresh product packaging lines, outfitted with state-of-the-art machinery. Our range of fresh meats, including the secret, pluma, presa, loin, and Iberian sirloin, among others, are meticulously packaged using thermoformed, skin.

It is the response to the lack of slaughterhouses, equipped with the required means, to meet the quality demands when exporting pork.
SACRIFICE
We are experts in pig slaughter, mainly in the Iberian breed, without ruling out others. Complying with all the necessary and regulatory steps before proceeding to slaughter, the pigs are subjected to the mandatory health inspections on the same day of their arrival. The examination is repeated immediately before slaughter by the veterinary team at our slaughterhouse.
WELFARE
The El Navazo Refrigerated Slaughterhouse obtained the Animal Welfare Certificate from IAWS INTERPOC, a seal for which we feel extremely proud.
